Wonderful experience. Everyone was courteous. Will definitely continue to bring my Jeep back to Champion Cueter for all my vehicle needs. Wish I had time to get the car wash but I had to get back to work. Appreciate everyone who worked on Friday right before the Labor Day holiday.

They had my car for a whole 7 days and told me nothing was wrong multiple times. After I kept pleading that there was, they did an oil consumption test, had me drive 500mi, and come back. When I came back after 500mi, I asked to be in a loaner that time, since I was without a car for an entire week beforehand. I was quoted a part that is supposed to be standard maintenance on my car at the current milage. They quoted me for $850, within 2 hours, after I left with their loaner. This is after I replaced a $1300 part for the same exact issue, 8 months prior. When I questioned the difference in diagnosis turnaround between having and not having a loaner that costs them daily resources, and why I was told there is nothing wrong for a whole week, they told me I was too hard on my car, told me they never said anything about a turnaround time, said they didn't tell me nothing was wrong for a week even though I have it in texts, to take my car elsewhere, and refused me service. STAY AWAY!!!

I got called in for a recall and I made an appointment, and the person on the phone said that I can get the recall fixed and told me about ANOTHER recall I had on my car then gave me an early morning appointment. I went in the day of my appointment and talked with someone and a new person said one recall was in Canada and didn't even seem to search about the other recall. I brought up the fact that I was told about another recall and then she proceed to look and said "okay I'll do the recall" like she didn't want to help. So I waited like literally 10 minutes and then she comes back in and gives me my keys and tells me "We can't do the software update, we can only do it if it's an emergency with the car"... So my car is suppose to be on its last legs then I can get the recall software update? I asked her about this and she brushed me off and ignored me. I don't know who the lady was but she worked at a desk in the repair shop and had red hair, now that I think about it she never gave me her name. I would say watch out for this girl, she doesn't seem like she cares about things early in the morning. However the person who I set the appointment up helped me and even told me about others recall. I hope I can talk to someone who can help me with this soon but I wouldn't give it just a one star since it was some good

I went in August to purchase a vehicle, I got financed for a Chevy equinox. I had to wait week before I could get the vehicle because they knew it needed the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter replaced. Supposedly both issues were fixed so I went to finalize paperwork. A few days later the check engine light came back on and it was reading a bad code for catalytic converter. Took it back in to get fixed three more times for the same issue the last time they had it it was almost two weeks before I got it back. When I picked the vehicle up I noticed a rotten egg smell coming from the exhaust I told the coordinator Bill about the issue he spoke to the mechanic that did the work and said don't worry about it the smell will go away. Now the vehicle is having shifting issues went to take it in to get it looked at. I was told by Bill again that was odd to call and make an appointment. Hopefully this issue gets addressed I've only had the vehicle a little over a month and I'm now stuck with a 4 year lease with a vehicle that has been having problems since day one
