Purchased my 2024 Maverick new at Chapman Ford and had an excellent experience. Jody made it a win-win deal during a time when other dealerships were marking up over MSRP. Just had my first oil change service appointment, which was also an excellent experience. Service team went above and beyond and got me taken care of promptly and efficiently. My husband and I worked with Nick this past weekend. We live in Athens and made the drive after finding the truck on Auto Trader, a quick chat with Nick on a couple items and told him we were in the way. When we arrived he had the truck up front and ready for us to test drive. He was great to work with, made the process seamless and the whole team was extra accommodating of the toddlers we had tagging along. Overall best experience we’ve had buying a vehicle and we would highly recommend you go see Nick too!

David did a great job on the customer service side of things and the crew in the back got my truck squared away and back to me in a timely manner. Much appreciation! When I called to schedule my service which was at 8am. So I drop it off at 7:50am. When I set up the appointment I was told it would be about a 4 hour job. I ended up getting to pick it up at 6pm. That I could deal with as previously working in a shop I understand you get behind. But for paying over $400 for my services I needed I didn’t expect to have to clean my truck also when it was dropped off clean. The door panel was covered in fluids and there was oil running down the outside of the door and a smear on the rear door. I understand things happen and had it been a couple little marks I understand that but a whole door just covered. Not the greatest experience.
