very good mechanics, no bullshit when you need your car fixed.. they get it done.. great prices and the hours are perfect.. 6 am till 2pm.. I got my car into the shop by 6am and done by 12pm.. very happy with this shop, highly recommend..

Charlie was no nonsense, straight to the point. I told him what I needed done and he gave me a time and fair estimate. Unfortunately, what needed to be done is a dealer issue. He told me he could do it, but it would cost $800. Then he told me to take it to the dealer because it's under warranty. He didn't have to tell me that. That was my first time there, so I'm not even a regular. He's just honest, and he didn't talk down to me because i was a woman, which was a nice change. The hours suck because he opens and closes so early (4am-2pm) but I I will definitely go back.

LOOK OUT FOR THESE GUYS!! Took my F350 in for AC diagnostic, it was blowing warm air. Charlie automotive said it was a bad o-ring showed me where it was leaking and charged me 183.00. AC was good for about a week. Then started blowing warm again. When I looked it was leaking from the same spot. Took it in today at 0530 to have look at it. 3hrs later they called With a 590.00 estimate. Said it wasn't the o-ring but the connection for the o-ring could be bad. But they didn't even take it apart to check the o-ring. (See before and after pictures) So basically 180.00 for nothing! I didn't have them complete the repair because I was afraid this diagnostic might be incorrect as well!! First impressions mean a lot to me and to do this?? I will not be returning.

I have a Mazda CX50 ; Today, I went to service it with with Mr. Charlie based on the reviews that this shop has. I am very grateful to him as well asto his employees for the outstanding service provided. Mr. Charlie is honest and very fair with his prices.
