They say 24 hours yet they just told me they cant tow until the morning. Its 11pm right now wow

The guy there was cool but whoever made the prices should be investigated. I was arrested and taken into custody because they thought I was drunk but I was released because I wasn’t. They impounded my car at 3am Sunday, I went to get my car on Sunday, which I couldn’t because they said they couldn’t give it to me because they were closed even though they were at the store. So I went to get my car Monday, the next day in the morning and charged me $250. They charged me two days when my car was there for 24 hours. Granted my car was impounded, but this info will give every customer an idea of how they operate.

Thank you for the fast and friendly service you provided. Jimmy, the driver was professional and courteous. He gave me a ride to my destination and had the cleanest tow truck I've ever seen. Its a frustrating experience to break down on the highway, especially in this cold weather so I was very grateful to Charlie's Towing for responding very quickly. Professional, prompt, and polite! Would highly recommend this company!

This company is rude and ignorant with no heart. My daughter in laws car was towed after an accident. She was unable to call for her own tow because she was unconscious and taken by ambulance. The accident was on a Thursday, by Saturday they were charging $507 to retrieve the vehicle. She went up there early in the day just to be told the gentleman wasn't available, she'd have to come back Monday. That's adding two more days storage fee. They are treating her like a criminal picking up an impounded car. After being in an accident, losing her car because it's totalled and her life savings being used for fees, they still want an additional $130 cash to get her children's totes of clothing from the laundromat out of the vehicle. They finally agreed to her signing over the title and $130 to get her stuff. They claimed it's the best they can do and they cut her a great deal! Are you kidding me, heartless, cunning company! Needs to be investigated for shady business operations! SHAME ON YOU CHARLIE'S!!!!!

Called Charlie's Towing Sunday, March 22, 2020 around 5pm in the afternoon. The phone was answered promptly and with courtesy. We answered the questions regarding our location and situation. We were stuck in the mud halfway up the rims on all four tires. Within 30 minutes, Charlie's showed up with their equipment, got us out, and we were on our way. NO DAMAGES to our vehicle! Kudo's to Charlie's! Thank you so much your help! I would recommend Charlie's Towing to anyone. Oh and they also have heavy hauling equipment for the big rigs. We see their equipment in the area all of time. Give them a call if you are in need. Best Regards, Danny B.
