Purchased a "rebuilt" vehicle from Richard Wright and the experience was great. After my test drive, I had some concerns about the the vehicle that were addressed by Frank the owner and the service staff above and beyond my satisfaction. Frank has been more than accommodating to my requests and has stood behind the sale of the vehicle. My 2015 Dodge Journey has got many compliments on its condition and looks. My wife and I are very pleased with it and happy that we found a car that was the right price and fit for us. Would highly recommend Charterhouse for the attention to detail and quality of service I received. You get what you pay for. I had the sad experience of having the left front and fender of my 1972 Volvo P1800ES mashed in by an F-150. The insurance adjustor from Aviva tried many body shops but only Frank & John at Charterhouse believed they could complete the restoration. They were right! It took some time for parts to be located and delivered and when no replacement fender could be found they simply refabricated the original from its severely crumpled condition. What a work of art they created out of what I feared my be a wright-off. It honestly looks better than new! If you've got any issues with a classic vehicle call Charterhouse, they are wonderful.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had to use this service but from the moment I walked in the door I was warmly greeted and affirmed they were going to take care of things for me ie. everything from discussing it with insurance to a rental car. Upon picking up my car it was washed and cleaned inside. Felt like a brand new car. Iwas so pleased and am recommending your services. Thank you Charterhouse staff and merry Christmas.
