Our 41 years old Daughter has Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and can't walk. Periodically, her legs give way and falls to the floor. We installed 3 overhead lifts in our home and was in need of a special designed lift strap. Contacted Glenn and he enthusiastically accepted the challenge and made us a lift strap within one week.
