Took my car here at the recommendation of my insurance company. Big mistake. I am letting my insurance know about this. I got an appraisal from Cherry for the proposed work and had to set up the appointment once the detailed quote was received by both my insurance company and I. I told them to submit the payment. A week later, I took half the day off work UNPAID to bring my car to Cherry. The appraiser comes out and says, “oh yeah, yours is the car we won’t work on due to the previous work that was done on that area (bumper).” I asked him why nobody called, emailed, or texted me in the entire week that passed since I had made the appointment or why no notes were made on the quote stating they couldn’t do the work because my car is a “liability.” He simply grinned at me and asked if my insurance agent contacted me. Why would they contact me if they weren’t informed of this either? Cherry is a shady shop that does not hold the best interests of its customers.

they did amazing job in fixing my car. My only complaint was lack of communication. I understand there's short stuff but when I called in the morning to find out the status, I didn't get an answer till the of end of the day. Great customer service and job done right.

So far so good. Just took my Genesis G70 in for an estimate. So far they seem very thorough. Front of shop was clean. Annmarie in the front was very nice, explained everything and set expectations, which I like. I will update after I get my body work completed.

I highly recommend Cherry Auto Body. I’ve had two wonderful experiences with them, and am impressed by their excellent customer service. Their staff really work hard to make sure their clients are well cared for. In my second experience, the auto body shop found that there was additional damage not contained in the inspection report and advocated on my behalf to get the initially unnoticed damage covered. They also picked me up and dropped me off from the shop to my home. The team takes good care of your vehicle and throws in a complimentary car wash. Many parts were on backorder for my vehicle, and no other local auto body shop allowed me to pre-order parts like Cherry Auto Body did. The staff were so kind, and keen on serving us — it’s customers — to the best of their ability and it is so apparent. Please do yourself a favour by supporting this company, it’ll be worth it!
