When every other mechanic I called said I wouldn't be able to come in an hour before closing, Child’s told me to come in right away. Service was fast and the Mechanics on staff were kind and informative. The price was about $20-$30 less than I expected and my car is running perfectly days later. Definitely a shop I'd go back to.

Went today and had the pleasure of dealing with Todd. I explained (holding back tears because I knew it would cost me ) that my engine splash guard ( so I thought )was torn down and my grandson thought I blew a tire because of how bad it sounded. Todd took my car to the back and came back a short while later to tell me it was a felt covering and very honestly and upfront that my vital items under were intact and there was really no need to replace unless I wanted to Todd cut it off and took care of it..His honesty and courtesy was exceptional and will recommend anyone to take their vehicle here.

I have been here twice now, first for new tires and secondly, for an inspection and oil change and I'm so glad I discovered Childs Automotive. I had been going to my Honda dealer previously, but when they shared that I would need new brakes despite the pads still having life and that my car probably wouldn't pass inspection without that work, I looked elsewhere. Childs Automotive is thorough and I don't feel like I'm being sold a bunch of things I don't need. The real clincher for me though is personal. I had to cancel an 8:00am appointment via voicemail at 6:30 in the morning that same day because I had to take my cat to the vet. I felt bad giving practically no notice. The voicemail I received back from George was totally understanding, willing to help me still get my inspection and oil change done the same day, and asking how my cat was when I picked my car up... That is what has completely sold me. Great service and great humans. Thank you so much!

I had an issue with my front drivers side tire...I unknowingly had been driving around with missing lug nuts and broke down on the side of the road. I had my car towed to Child's on a Saturday night. They called me first thing Monday morning and had it fixed that day at a very reasonable rate which I was so thankful for! Will definitely make this my shop of choice going forward and would recommend to anyone!

After speaking with the owner- I'm more than impressed with the character and service they provide. This team went above and beyond to help my parents when I'm 200 miles away. I will 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone.
