1. Communication: During entire process, I felt well informed about the process. Calls were responded on timely basis. If there was any issue, I was well informed why it is happening and what is the bottleneck. 2. Quality: I had minor collision issue with my car, but since my car is a new intrdoctuion in usa market, the process to get it fixed was more complicated due to quality processes set by the manufacturing company. I felt good about what was delivered to me and shows the good work. 3. Delivery: I had to wait before the agent could deliver the car as he was busy but it was worthwhile as there were a lot of details on what was fixed and how should we care about rhe car once we take it home. I felt well informed and glad we had that session.

This was my second time working with CarStar Chilton Auto Body Santa Clara and each time they were so helpful and friendly. Sunny (Nelson) was awesome and helpful. Kept me updated on my car and the completion date. My car had an ugly dent on the passenger side. Overspray as well because someone else tried fixing it and messed up even more. I’m really happy that CARSTAR Chilton professionals were able to fix it! Really happy with the results. And they also detailed my car! So yay!

Great place to take your car! TESLA certified! They even did sell the car afterwards :). Very good job! Great customer service from the front desk! Easy to work with the rental companies for the rental cars. They pick you up and you just drop off the car at the shop. My experience was very good!
