The driver that towed my car today i forgot his name Alejandro.or something like that . Was absolutely excellent. He was friendly and professional. Give that man a raise . From timothy Pickard silver audi with a exploded battery .I could tell immediately he knew what he was doing .

2nd time my sons car broke down within the last couple of months, and both times we’ve used Chinos Towing, coincidentally we got the same night driver too. After being angry and frustrated it’s nice when the driver arrives quick, friendly, happy and smiling. Remembering who we are and making small talk makes all the difference. Great service Oscar keep up the good work Bud.

Never hire this towing company. I called them because my truck broke down , the guy on the phone told me they were going to show up in 30-45 minutes. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting I called back only to be hung up! Worst towing company and bad customer service. Try hiring a different company not this one or you will be disappointed ☹️
