Christian Brothers Automotive truly went above and beyond for me when I was in a bind. I needed my CV axle replaced last minute so I could get to my jobs on time, and they didn’t hesitate to help. From the moment I called, they were professional, courteous, and understanding of my urgent situation. I dropped my truck off at 8am, and by 6pm, it was fixed and ready to go a true lifesaver for someone who relies on their vehicle to run a business. The staff kept me informed throughout the day, explaining the issue and the repair process, which I really appreciated. Their commitment to customer service and fast turnaround exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a shop that combines such high-quality workmanship with excellent communication and efficiency. Overall great experience. Explained things well and accomplished the job efficiently on what seemed to be a busy day. It also seems to be priced fairly compared to other shops around town. They were also good at communicating vehicle services that may be urgent. Loved the online report they sent as well. It was nice seeing photos of the services as they completed the tasks.

Christian Brothers helped me greatly with an issue I had on my truck. They diagnosed and fixed it extremely fast, plus their curtesy inspection gave me great peace of mind. The services recommended were very reasonable and these guys clearly know their stuff. Elijah was awesome coordinating appointment time and communicating the repairs needed. The online inspection report was super thorough and gave me confidence that they actually checked everything they said they would and weren’t upselling unnecessary services. Awesome experience at Christian Brothers. I will for sure be back for any future auto repairs.

This is the first time we have been here. We couldn’t afford to fix the car (repairs were double what the car was worth) and they were honest from the get go instead of pressuring us to fix it anyway. We were given multiple options and their honesty and integrity with their communication was A+. They also let us know what would need done in the future but didn’t try to get us to fix it that day. Very appreciative!! We will be back!

I took an old Mercedes I just bought in for a front to back overview and the guys were so thorough and their electronic process of texting and emailing information was really helpful. I opted out of a few services which I regret now and plan to get the car back in for more maintenance. An added plus is they warranty their work which is a little peace of mind.
