I’ve been going to Jeep City for Service about four years now the first few years were rough with the service advisors, but I’ve been working with Gabby and she is great. She is always ready to help me out with whatever problem my vehicles have. She is very customer service oriented, She always makes sure to stay on top of my vehicle to give me updates and a time when the vehicle will be ready to be picked up. It’s always a pleasure going there knowing that someone will always be ready to help and accommodate me. I know my vehicle is going to be in good hands, considering how much I take care it I would expect that from them as well. She is a great service advisor I hope we keep doing business in the future Also, a great person to the team is Jonny at parts always ready to help as well It’s great doing business with you guys.

We have been servicing our Jeep Sahara here for 5 years now. The staff is friendly and professional and even on busy days they are efficient. Today they went above and beyond. I was nearby, so I walked in to schedule an appointment and Christina fit me in for an oil change right away. She is kind, welcoming, and competent. Saved me a lot of hassle in this busy season.

I want to say a big thanks to Z who got me into the shop with out any appointment. My vehicle broke down on the highway I had no idea on what to do. She went out of way to explain to me the whole process. She was great! I got to work with Gaby. She was so helpful throughout the whole process on figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle to getting the car delivered to me. I want to say huge thank you to these two ladies for who helped me so much! After calling sales since I spoke to Z first they transferred me back to Z. Z had to figure it out with sales and they said the car wasn't there. The dealership did a good job giving both of the girls a great position.
