Cisco's Benz & Beemers Auto Repair

As a new customer my first time experience at Cisco’s was very pleasant. I called ahead for a date/time to bring my ‘15 BMW 535i in for trunk repairs and I am not disappointed with the results! Cisco came out and viewed how I had my trunk rigged in order to open it through the back seat after a failed attempt to repair it myself. He quickly diagnosed the problem and let me know that the job would be done as well as correcting the mistakes that I had made. I was quoted a fair price and that is exactly what I paid when the job was completed. I am pleased that my wallet wasn’t taxed for bringing him a job that I had messed up! I received quality work, and my car was returned to me with nothing missing or damaged. Arlene was polite both over the phone and in person, and the atmosphere was friendly and family oriented. Being a new BMW owner I have learned quickly how costly repairs can be on them, but when running and operating properly they are definitely the ultimate driving machine in my opinion. I call my car “JET” and he will definitely be returning to Cisco’s in the future. I will also be recommending my family and friends who own BMW’s & Mercedes Benz’s to Cisco’s for their repairs as well! Thank you again, and God bless! Mr. Green

Completely satisfied and confident with the work, Cisco replaced a transmission and engine in a 1998 528i which I revitalized for my grandson. He stayed with the upgrades until all systems worked to the BMW standards.

The BEST BMW Auto Repair Shop I've come across!!! Cisco did a fantastic job in diagnosing my ambient light issue on my BMW X7.....found the problem (leak in my sky lounge) and did the job in record time. I am SOOOOO happy my Beemer is in tip-top shape (for now 🤣). Highly RECOMMENDED!!! Thank you Cisco!!!!

I took my Mercedes there because I thought I was having transmission problems, but come to find out. I had a bad crankshaft position sensor & I also had an open thermostat & the heater valve was leaking. It’s been about a week no problem so thank you guys. I would definitely recommend Cisco Benz & Beemers’s auto repair for your auto repair.
