I had my car die on the side of the 401 on Saturday at 5pm. Mr. Camilo stayed at his shop to wait for me until 7pm, looked up the parts I needed and got me out by 8pm and was very fair with the price.

I just had the worst experience with an auto shop yet. I had an appointment at 11:30am to get my tires swapped, when I showed up, there was nobody there. Waited 45 minutes at the side of the building for somebody, as we message back and forth on Facebook Marketplace with Juan Gonzalez. He gave us a price and a time, neither of which they honored when I went back a second time at 1pm to meet his "partner". Very rude, lack of communication, and will never return or recommend to anyone. Stay away for your own sakes.

City Tires is not Solely for Tires, they area full service Vehicle shop. If you are looking for a reliable and trust worthy shop look no further City Tire has a top notch customer service and goes above and beyond for their customer. I had been to other shops, City Tires Customer services are unmatched. I had CEL (Check Engine Light) on my car, they made sure before leaving the shop everything is in working order. Not only they will check the parts that caused the CEL, they will make sure all parts related to the malfunction is in good working order. They went above and beyond by explaining exactly what is happening to the car by showing the diagnostic error code. They had also showed me where exactly in the engine bay where the malfunction is happening and potential causes of the malfunction. I also needed to switch over to my winter tire and offer a competitive rate for seasonal storage. Highly recommend this shop to anybody who needs a trust worthy Mechanic whom will also educate you on what's happening to your car.
