Had a good experience with this towing company. The front desk lady was super understanding and kind—she really helped make a tough situation easier. Just a heads up—they only take cash, so keep that in mind. And definitely treat her with respect; she’s doing her best to help everyone out. Overall, I’m really grateful for their help.

absolutely horrible experience, The front desk lady was so disrespectful and rude to me. My car was parked in the visitor lot of my apartment complex with the pass on the seat of my car visible for the company to see if they decided to look. Instead, they towed my car and I have no way to pay it back. I am a college student and they payed no means to that and instead just decided to be greedy. Kent State Police Department blew it off. I would never recommend going to this “family owned business”. All they care about is being greedy and towing as many cars as they can to make a paycheck! I am furious and I am sorry to anyone else who has also been robbed from the company.

I read through the reviews and I honestly believe any negative reviews this place has ever received has been from College students due to their lack of respect to follow requirements from the college campus! I needed help on a Sunday outside of their business hours and they still helped me out. They were very kind and compassionate and took care of everything I needed . I will not use anyone else from this day forward.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
