I’ve been going to this location to get my vehicle serviced for over 11 years and have nothing but good things to say about the service and the staff. I live in another state and come back here because I trust this center with my car. Jimmy has provided OUTSTANDING customer service - he deserves a raise! I know anyone that he has helped receives the support and assistance they need. Jessica and Chris also provide great service, you can’t go wrong with the level of attention and support you’ll get here. I went to this location for an oil change and a tire rotation. Jessica Rodriguez was extremely helpful! She provided me with additional information regarding my car to help me keep up with services in the future. I will definitely come back again.

I was scheduled for my routine vehicle maintenance and was assisted by .Christopher Peralta. He was very professional once I arrived until I left. He was very knowledgeable about the services that had been done to my vehicle . He asked if I had any questions and explained everything in detail. Overall great customer service.

If there were a way to give them less than one star, I would. I have a 2022 Hyundai Palisade that had a recall for the tow hitch harness. I've been there three times now, and the parts are still missing. The last time they called me to say the parts were in and to make an appointment, I took my car in on the appointment date, and they kept me waiting for almost three hours telling me that the parts still weren't there. This is incredibly annoying and a huge waste of my time. I will never go back to this dealership. They have no respect for their customers' time. 😡

I normally don't write any reviews. But what they done to me needs to be known . Hyundai at 2249 New England Thruway, Bronx, NY 10475 these people are scammers. Especially the worker named Chris. I have taken my car there and They told me that was an issue with my engine it needs to be replaced. They said my engine was covered under warranty but there was no maintenance for the vehicle. If I purchase a maintenance package they will replace the engine. I spent almost $2,000. The maintenance package consists of new timing belt, cleaning, fuel injectors. So this is how I found out that they didn't replace the engine. The first month. The timing belt that they put on end up ripping because the wheel was broken. The second issue was I end up getting a problem with my fuel injector. I use the blue driver tool that I have the code came up p0201 this issue is related to the field injector being damaged or clogged. Since I already spent a lot of money, I was forced to work on the car myself after removing the intake manifold to get to the fuel injector you can see inside the engine and to my surprise the valves All gunked up. I immediately called the lawyer They asked me what did the receipt say I went back to the receipt even though they told me verbally that they had to change the engine. The receipt did not say anything like that. The receipt only said it was during new timing belt and cleaning the fuel injectors and changing the oil ac line. So not only they scammed me but they also covered up their tracks. Scammers 💯
