Honesty from a mechanic? They've got it here. It would have been so easy to way overcharge and replace stuff that didn't really need replacing but these guys did what needed to be done and that's it. Very impressed. They went over and above expectations!

I was reffered to Doug's shop by someone else and Doug is always wonderful when I come here and the other mechanics, I'm a woman and I never feel like I'm being overcharged here like I do at other mechanic shops in the surrounding area. They always do a great job and are friendly and fast with service & I don't have to end up re-getting the work done because it's done correctly the first time. Highly recommend this shop to everyone but especially if you're a woman.

Doug and team are honest and did the job I needed completed at a fair price. The dealership said it would take a week to even look at my truck. Scheduled with Doug and was completed same day and they had great communication throughout.

I live in Ohio nearly 2 hours from Clarks. My car stopped while I was waiting in the cell phone lot of Detroit airport. My car was towed to Clarks. Doug tried to fix my car that same day even though I didn’t have an appointment. He fixed my car the following day, my husband and I picked it up and drove home. I received a call from Doug to see if I got home ok. I am so thankful my car was towed to his shop. Excellent customer service, my car ran smoothly, and price was very very good I would never hesitate to use his service again. Outstanding!
