Very good, respectable shop - they completed their repairs ahead of schedule and were very professional. Besides the normal vehicle damage they went into extra detail and replaced other damaged parts and dealt directly with my insurance without any requirement from me to authorize anything excessive or run around with paperwork. On site Hertz rental is available and an Enterprise only 2 blocks away is also available. The job was done extremely well and the vehicle detailed on the exterior prior to pickup. I am quite pleased on the outcome of my vehicle. I was worried about several things before coming to their shop because it was my first time experiencing an accident. However, Pablo was very informative and gave me the reassurance that my Runner will be taken care of in which I am very appreciative. He also gave me updates on any additional issues. The repair so far look nice and clean. Although there are a slight minor imperfection that I have notice the panel is not all the way flush. Besides that it its barely noticeable to others. I pick up my vehicle nice and cleaned. I would recommend anyone to go here.

Was In my first car accident (rear-ended) in the beginning of October. Signature Auto was on the insurance recommended list and had availability. Angel the one who handled my case was very nice, professional, and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and overall made my experience better. I got updates about my car throughout the week and was very impressed when I finally picked up my car, she looked brand new and I can see quality in the work that Angel and his team put into it. I am very pleased with my outcome and I will recommend this shop for sure.

I checked reviews and Signature more than lived up to a 5 Star rating! Pablo answered all my questions, gave me advice and I was kept in the loop as to progress. My car was ready earlier than expected and was cleaner than when I brought it in with perfect body work! I would recommend Signature to anyone without reservation!

My car had a little over $3,400 worth of damage with parts of the vehicle needing to be totally replaced. Once the work on my vehicle was finished it look like the damage never even took place. In fact my car looked brand new, just like the day I bought it. Not only am I satisfied with the repair of my vehicle but I am also extremely satisfied with their customer service, especially that of Pablo. Pablo made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into the shop for an estimation on the damages. He walked me through the entire process in detail and gave me an approximate time of completion immediately after. Pablo always kept me updated on the repair process of my vehicle and always answered any questions I had. Pablo also went above and beyond to make accommodations for me when I forgot an item in my vehicle. Lastly, my vehicle was repaired on time as promised. I cannot thank Pablo enough for his excellent customer service and signature auto collision on their excellent repair service.
