Classic Collision

100/10 recommend this place. I had someone side swipe my car in September and brought it here for repair, they did a phenomenal job. They did such a great job that when I had another person back into my car in December, I brought it here again. I was worried about color match initially because my car color isn't a typical silver or white and they matched it perfectly! Daniel is great, I've worked with him both times and the communication about the car status is awesome! My rims were damaged in both accidents and they fixed them so you can't even tell. When I came in the second time, they remembered me because it had only been a few months, when we got to talking I told him I was on the way to the car wash when it happened so unfortunately my car was dirty. When I came to pick it up, they had cleaning the inside and outside! So awesome 👏👏 I included some before and afters from both accidents, highly recommend them.

Had my Camry repaired here after someone hit my unoccupied car in a parking lot. Took about 4 weeks or so to get it done. At first. Went to see and get my car and the bumper looked weird. I brought it up to their attention and they hadn't even noticed 😬. So they kept it for another week or so. The whole bumper got replaced and I was told to go back on a certain date to get my car. I went back on that date and my car was still not ready. I'm a very patient person so I gave them the rest of the day to do what they had to do without a fuss. Picked up my car later that afternoon and as I was driving away I noticed the volume dial on my radio was broken. I was extremely upset and drove right back to the shop where one of the employees (manager?) Tried to put the blame on me. I was extremely frustrated as my car went from the location of the accident to my home and to the shop in less than 24 hours. However it spent more than 4 weeks in the shop. I was not mad the volume dial was broken I was mad he was trying to blame me. Had it not been for that specific experience my overall satisfaction would be 5/5. They fixed the dial obviously, it would have been a very different review had they not. Luis was very patient and explained everything thoroughly and thus was very helpful. Would I go back to classic collision? Probably. Although I hope I never have to. Photos are of before the wreckage, afterthought wreckage and after Classic Collisions repair.

I had an accident on September 4th and I was afraid that it would take my 2024 Tesla Model Y a long time to get fix but the service advisor Daniel informed me that he will do his best to get it done as soon as possible, then 2 weeks later I was contacted by Daniel that the car is ready for pick up. Prior to me picking up my Tesla, we found that there was a minor scratch on my rims that needs to get fixed, then I met with the Service Manager Chris, in which he provided great customer service. The problem was immediately fix within a few days. This place provides a quick and fair estimates. Thank You Chris and Daniel and I am very impressed with your professionalism and customer service approach. This is the best Tesla repair center in all of Inland Empire!!!

Unfortunately, my Truck was rear-ended on the 15 freeway, on the third of August 2024, but thanks to Daniel and the Classic Collision (CC) team my truck looks brand new! From start to finish I was extremely pleased with my experience with Classic Collision (CC) in French Valley. This is the second time I was rear-ended in two years, Classic Collision (CC). Both time they made my truck looking amazing after it was rear-ended. Their customer service is wonderful, they kept me informed every step of the way, from the estimate to the pickup delivery date, along with working closely with my insurance company, and the car rental. I can't say enough about their personable service approach. They have a true family culture and really shows in how they treat their customers as they care. The estimator Daniel, along with his team of technicians did a fantastic job on all repairs, they communicated with me and went above and beyond to make sure everything was running top notch. My car was fixed ahead of schedule and looks brand new and drives perfect. I Highly recommend Classic Collision (CC) in French Valley.

Avoid at all costs ... I just want my car back to it's original condition - nothing more, nothing less - This place can't accommodate the simplest requests. 1) They were in a rush to accept my vehicle, only to have it sit in the lot for several weeks. By the time repairs started, my rental car reimbursement had been exhausted & I paid out of pocket for the overage - Classic Collision did nothing to assist. 2) Vehicle was not repaired properly. I have emails from GM Chris stating they would "make it right" but it's been 3 MONTHS and still no contact!! 3) Classic Collision told me my vehicle was not equipped with the "hands free" lift gate. I had to provide documents from my dealership showing that the vehicle was in-fact equipped with this option.
