This place is a joke they sold me bilstine heavy duty shocks for the price of sports and refused to refund or do anything about it it was like a 400 dollars difference in price They said they wouldn’t do anything for me because the salesman Jason quit ! I don’t get it but thanks anyway for stealing my $$

I'm not going to lie and say that i did not find what I was looking for in the store but, the guy who was working there basically acted as if we were bothering him with all the parts we were asking for him to confirm he even had in stock. Every question was answered with a dead and unresponsive face by the guy as if he didn't even want to work there. Over all I have respect for the amount of items they had but please have someone else who is willing to work the people

Gotta agree with everyone else. Very high prices, poor service. Plus if you don't drive a ricer Civic they want nothing to do with you. I also question their actual knowledge of cars and how they work. Probably doesn't matter though as their main items are visual things rather than performance parts. Perfect for the import crowd who are more interested in stickercharging than anything else.

Got my parts at a good price and told him I will pick up everything over the weekend, everything came in the next day, and came as expected. Would recommend and do business with them again. (for a bmw not a ricer civic)

I haven't been to this place in years and I assume by the rating they're going downhill. Well I called and they confirmed smh. I asked if they had a silicon coupler and a 4 inch air filter not knowing that he had to check the stock room twice. He says "I'm not gonna keep going back and forth to check it's easier if I come down their". Really guy!!! Sooo they didn't have a 4 inch air filter so I explained to him why I asked over the phone lol. I'm supposed to drive from Brooklyn to Queens in peak rush traffic to find out they didn't have it.... terrible customer service!!!!
