Cliff's Body Repair

I was in my first accident and decided upon Cliffs for my auto repairs. I had so many questions and Ben and his team were so patient and professional with me. They literally handled every thing from getting my car towed from the police’s location they sent it to, setting me up in a rental, dealing with the insurance company of the person that hit me, dealing with the adjuster, answering my questions, updating me along the way, completing the repairs , flawless paint matching, and so much more. There were no surprises along the way, everything was handled professionally and kindly. They even dropped my car off to me at work as soon as the repairs were complete. They also washed it and had the inside cleaned too! I hope you are never in an accident but if you are give Ben and his team at Cliffs a call, you won’t be disappointed. My car looks great!

Truck went in lookin sad. Ben at cliffs body restored my girl to its original glory. As close to new as the day I first took her home. Big thanks to all the team at Cliffs. Great work and commitment to the customer.

I HIGHLY recommend choosing Cliff's Body Repair for any auto body repairs, be it due to an automobile accident, or just wanting to have cosmetic work completed. I have been extremely satisfied with the high quality of their work on two occasions. I have had them do auto body work on my vehicle twice..once in 2023, due to an automobile accident, and a few days ago for cosmetic work on my car's front bumper. Each time, I have been VERY satisfied with their work, and the turnaround time from start to finish has been very accurate... one week for the auto repair, and one day for my bumper. They were very prompt to order all of the parts that were needed in order to complete both jobs, did an excellent job of working with my automobile insurance company the first time, along with the rental car agency each time. Everything went just as smoothly as it possibly could have, due in part to their polite, efficient and above and beyond customer service. I will definitely return to Cliff's, should I ever need anything else done on my current or new vehicle. I could not be more pleased with everything they did!! AAA+++

A trusted friend told me that Cliff’s is the best body shop in the area and they definitely exceeded my already high expectations. Ben told me that they would make it like new again and he kept his promise. He kept me informed and maintained progress even when my insurance company was non responsive.
