My 2005 Infiniti G35 died, and I found this website. The reviews were good and many other sites required me to send in the core and their computers were more expensive, so when Clifford Auto Parts didn't require me to send in the core and were better priced, I was a little worry. About 9 days after ordering, I got my new computer in the mail, walked out to my truck, plugged it in, and it fired right up. These guys delivered exactly what they promised, and it works great. I'm very happy with my experience.

Ordered a dodge bcm on 4-24-24 after ordering they emailed saying bcm failed test after programing and they didn’t have any more, said that’s fine please refund my money. after a couple emails and a couple weeks of not receiving a refund, they will not answer the phone or an email and it is now 7-14-24 and still have not received refund Update 8-12-24 Finally received a refund!! Got a call from them within 24hrs of posting review they had something mixed up and refunded the wrong customer. It only took 4 months to get my money back.

I was having a tough time trying to find a working Engine Control Module for my '93' Acura Integra. Clifford Auto Parts came through with the critical part I needed in short order. Their communication and service was spot on and I highly recommend them. They will be my go-to site from now on.

Ordered an ECM 3 weeks and 4 days ago. Website claimed ordered items would be shipped out within in 3-5 days. I inquired via email for the tracking number after week 1. I got a reply email wanting us verify that we wanted the ECM. Common sense should have let them know I wanted the part, since I ordered it and I PAID for it and have been waiting for it's arrival, which has NOT been received to date. Called them after 2 weeks, was told the ECM shipped via UPS LAST Friday, STILL waiting after ANOTHER week. If NO stars was an option, this review would be NO stars. Beware of this company, they are NOT trustworthy.
