They done changed the whole world. Was about 2 miles from them, and was contemplating risking damaging my rim trying to do the flat tire slow roll to the shop, but saw that they had a Mobil unit. Called, the shop and Ron and Auntwan asked for my tire size and make, and rushed me two options. Ron and Auntwan showed up in under 30 min, the professionally changed my tire and put me back in the Christmas spirit. I didn’t have cash, but was able to Zelle it! What an awesome service. They were friendly and polite and a pleasure to watch them work out of this beautiful clean truck. Tire changes will never be the same. Great Job gentlemen, please keep doing what you’re doing.

The fact that they are a 24/7 service is amazing in our area. They are also so kind on the phone and in person. They saved me when all other tire shops were closed and I got a last second flat. I highly recommend! And their prices are reasonable considering their service and being 24/7

Faith in humanity validated! 2am on NYE I hit a pothole that I did not see and instantly flattened both tires on the drivers side of my car. I called my “24hr” roadside assistance via my insurance company and waited and waited and waited while they told me they were trying to find someone to help me. Alone, 3:30am at this point, not the safest area and no help in sight! Multiple calls to 911 went unanswered! In my life I have never had a 911 call go unanswered. I wanted an officer to come so I could explain that I may have to leave my vehicle and because I was growing increasingly anxious about where I was, that I was alone and the late hour on a holiday. No answer. No answer when I called the precinct nearby either. Very unsettling. I finally made the call to go home, left a note in the windshield and called an Uber. This morning at 7:30 my car was still sitting on the side of the road and my roadside assistance claims they still have no one to help me. I was told I needed a flatbed tow because I had 2 tires blown. I began thinking I could maybe get tires on my own and find someone to help me change them. I began a Google search and CLS Treads came up! I looked at the services they offered, read a review and made the call. Ron answered me right away, was incredibly kind, asked some details and said he would meet me at my car and get me squared away. He arrived and was the kindest man and a consummate professional! Skilled, efficient and knowledgeable, recognizing that my back tire was a larger size than my front. He made sure I was safe, kept the cones out to keep traffic away from me and went back to his shop to get me the correct size tire! I cannot recommend this company enough! A true lifesaver who not only saved me time and continued exasperation, but also saved me a lot of money! I think he should have charged me more and I would have paid it gratefully! Other companies may be able to fix a flat, this man brought me two, new quality tires and had me on my way in about an hour! And they do it all, tires, jump starts, gas and more! Excellent service, Ron arrived within 15 minutes after my call. Both of my tires were changed in a timely manor. His mobile service is super convenient and he has reasonable prices. I definitely recommend and will use his services again.
