Came here to find out why my car was overheating, I work on my own car but was 70 miles away from home and any tools so i took it here. Was nice at first they let me sit in the office and gave me a cup of water. I walk out like 10 minutes later just to go look at what he's doing and some other man walks up and says "you can go sit back down if you want" . So i went to sit down and the young guy checked the pressure of the radiator which is normal , he pulls me out like 10 mins later and has the biggest smile on his face and says "look at this its leaking right behind the water pump and in order to locate the leak we have to take the entire front end , radiator and brackets off . Its going to cost 850$ to check why its leaking . I wanted to cuss him out right there because he couldve easily checked where it was leaking from with a 99 cent mirror even if it WAS behind the pump. Anyways long story short i stood for another 2 hours and then had to drive home stopping every 5 minutes to make sure i didnt overheat and it took me almost 7 hours to get home . I get home open my hood , I find the leak on a small radiator hose right above the water pump . cost me 10$ in total to fix. These guys are absolute scam artists and the kid who grinned at me is a disgrace and a horrible liar at that. I get that people make mistakes but this was no mistake . It was a leaking heater hose why do you need to take apart half the car to get to it ? Ridiculous.

Going to a mechanic is very intimidating for me but Andrew & staff here made me fell very confident that they knew what was wrong with my car and gave me a great deal in regards to price. Totally would recommend this place to anyone, Great customer service👍
