I had the unfortunate occasion to have a car towed. I thank GOD to this day, Clyde showed up. My accident was on I95, the car was not drivable. Clyde towed the car, took us to a hotel and came back the next day and took us to for a rental car. I would give 10 stars if I could, to reward the kindness and compassion Mr. Brown showed us motorist passing through in route to Washington D.C.

Clyde is always willing to go above and beyond helping whenever we need him. He has towed for us many years and served the community for many years as well. He always has stories to tell and keeps a smile on his face and us laughing!

They were rude, lied to me about who was truly in charge, and tried to scam me out of extra money. I had been in the day before a holiday for a scheduled appointment to settle up...no one showed up even though I waited 45 minutes past the appointment time. When I insisted I shouldn't be charged for that last day, I was yelled at, degraded, and threatened (a clipboard was even thrown at me). Needless to say, I will never give them a call for a tow, even if I'm a mere .00001 mile from them.

This is the absolute worst place to have a vehicle end up! Especially after a wreck the owner is incompetent and rude about the towing business! I’ve been in the same business over 10 years in another state and the way he acts towards and treats people is completely wrong. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy!!! And to leave a 32k Motorcyle outside I almost lost my mind when you inside storage available.
