Company's tow truck driver tried to extort my son to zelle him $100 personally to go with vehicle to repair shop after breaking down. Saying his company can be fined $2000 for allowing him to ride along and that after another driver got into an accident with a customer, the company's no longer allows customers to ride in the trucks after being sued and installed cameras in the truck. After dropping my vehicle to the shop without my son, the driver got upset that I was asking for his information and taking pictures and began using racial and homophobic slurs and spat at me while he drove away.

I’ve been going to this place couple of times, service was great, pricing seems acceptable. But be careful with LOUIS he always overcharged customer, this is not the first time I found him overcharges. Not an honest guy. The price he tells you always higher than the price print out on the bill. Too bad I like this place but Louis is a big NO! I still tip him even though I know he is not honest. He should know that money is hard to earn, it is not right to keep scam customer to pay more !

Don’t go here! They are scamers.. They give you one price, then they wait to take the car apart to call you and tell you they need more money.. First price for labor was $4000 cash, then it was raised to $6500.. But they corner you, because you can’t take your car anywhere else anymore.. They didn’t put the coolant hose back, light on dash went on 5 minutes after I left the shop.. Then they were mad at me because they had to fix it.. When they fixed it they didn’t put enough coolant, then the light was on again.. Paint job wasn’t so good.. They didn’t put the badges back because they lost them and told me they are backordered… Just don’t go there..

I recently had a fantastic experience with Speedworld in Elmhurst, Queens. I dropped off my Ram 1500 on a Monday morning for a bumper replacement and door bed repair.
