Carl came right out to the cabin for a SXS that wouldn’t start. Ran back to his shop for parts from another machine to figure out the problem. He was awesome. We couldn’t get it that day because the part we needed(stator) had to be ordered. Fixing it up and found a way to ship it back to me (700miles away). Great customer service, great attitude, couldn’t be happier with Carl(and Binky)!

Had issues with my Polaris Ranger. Carl picked it up, diagnosed the problem and did all needed service and had it done when promised. Great service, complete explanations at a more than fair price.

I started bringing my stuff to CNR last year. Last week I brought my boat that wouldn’t shift correctly to Carl. He looked at it and fixed while I waited. If I took it anywhere else it would have taken much long and cost more. I thought this was really good service. The kind of service that is hard to find anymore. RandyB

Huge thanks Carl , was in town on a fishing trip from Iowa. Our mercury motor broke down on a Saturday. He's amazing. Let us bring it in and worked on it right away. He's honest , knows everything about these motors . Highly recommend him .
