The staff was extremely polite and informative. The mechanics explained what service was being done, and educated me on how to maintain the car. They provided a schematic for me on alignment of the car and how proper alignment also increased the life of the tires. I highly recommend this shop.

If only I could give 0 stars I would, had a terrible experience I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not only was the customer service extremely poor, but they also damaged two of my tires and a sensor during the service. When I brought the issue to their attention, they refused to take responsibility, did not offer to fix the damage, and declined to provide a refund. Instead of resolving the problem professionally, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. I left with more damage to my vehicle than when I arrived, which is completely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and safety, I highly recommend going elsewhere for tire services. Save yourself the frustration and find a shop that actually stands behind their work!

This is the best place to get good care for your vehicles. I definitely 👍 recommend 100 percent. You won’t regret spending your money. The staff are so nice 😊 and patient. The tech support teams are on point. I definitely recommend co op city tire and Auto 100 💯 percent

I've been taking my car to this shop for service for quite awhile. My recent visit was very good. I needed some routine maintenance such as brakes, oil change, wheel alignment and refrigerant for my A/C. I also needed 2 rear tires according to the mechanic because mine had some dry rot. I wasn't t aware of that myself, but I knew they were running low on tread and were 5 years old. Anyway, I'm glad they told me about that because I was planning to take a long out of state road trip, so better to be safe. The service was good, Pedro the service advisor and the crew there, are always accommodating, and always try to help out with good advice and prices. My car runs very good now with super cold A/C, balanced new tires and strong brakes. Thank you Pedro and the woman who works there (I don't know her name), and the mechanics for your service. 👋🏼👍🏼

We were attended to right away. We waited the appropriate time indicated to us. The information we sought regarding services were investigated and reported to us on a timely fashion. We felt confident with the mechanic Adrian and we decided to continue receiving services at this shop.
