People please be careful what see on online I know it could cloud ur judgement but coastal auto collision corp in Mount Vernon ny 152 south terrace avenue is one of the best if not the shops/repair facility’s in Mount Vernon be that's where I bring all my cars for over the period of 8year now best paint jobs great customer service. Form time to ull see bad reviews form is competition how I know because I have a close relationship with the shop just imagine this u got shops there for over 30/40 years and u just open a shop for 5/8year u getting a lats of work on they bearly getting work what u think those people would do I leave it up to ur imagination.

My car 2018 sorento was taken there March of 2021 and today April 2022 I am yet to get my car or my money back just been getting the run around . Please be careful where u take your vehicle. This is my last attempt to get this resolved next step is police and court! I am just tired.for months I have been calling no reply. Now I have to pay you more money before you finish the job???? I would like to collect my car and get a refund! I would never tell lies!!! Especially on a Publix platform. I have all the message and all the zelle money transfer. If you want to go there no problem.

This shop is the worst shop ever, someone recommended this shop to me ,they don’t even deserve a 1 star,services was horrible ,the owner wasn’t reachable, the insurance paid the shop owner but didn’t received my car my car until 2 months after no respect is shown, I don’t recommend this shop
