Their technician Jason could not have provided a better experience. If I could leave him a 100-star review, I would. We had a car that would not start. Our car is under lease and warranty and the dealer refused to help us. I was preparing for a tow of the vehicle and not expected to have it serviced for weeks. With a family of young children and only one family vehicle, we felt stranded, abandoned, and stressed because no one would make the effort to try and help us. In comes Jason. He was professional, performed an instant diagnostic, and fixed our car in less than 10 minutes. He was sympathetic and understanding to our situation and you could tell he genuinely cared about our family. Thank you, Jason, and Coastal Collision & Towing. It's comforting to know that there are still great and competent people out there that are willing to go above and beyond to help out. Keep up the great work!!

I can take off saying Kimberly the GM in the office who took my call for towing was absolutely amazing and pleasure. She got me taken care of right away, she updated me via once the driving was on the way. Justin the driver was amazing as well! Super friendly even it was a beautiful Sunday! Justin got my car on the flat bed carefully n was patient due to the car being low. Greatly appreciate both of them! Will use in the future no doubt. 10/10

Joey from coastal made my rough day easier. He picked up our dead car from the parking lot at work right on time and we had a nice conversation on the way to my mechanic. Highly recommend.

Beware!! This is the worst body shop on Long Island. Bunch of crooks who hold your car hostage and forge your signature! Terrible place. I don’t understand how people can be so conniving and still be in business. 5 star reviews are from their family and friends.
