I’m shocked with the positive reviews I see. I have never had such lousy workmanship done in my life. I needed the rear bumper repaired and repainted on my RV and was assured he could do the job and match the paint. I believe the pictures tell how bad he matched the paint. 4 days went by and he never showed up and he was only 1/2 way done, I had to call and ask when are you coming back to finish? And gotta love the painting on our warehouse wall. He told me when I questioned how bad it was he said that was the best he could do. I sent him the pictures of the bumper and spray paint on the wall and said I would find someone else to repair it right. He tried calling me back, I won’t take his call, there’s no way I would consider him coming back to redo it, he already said that’s the best he could do.

Hands down best service + attention to detail! Michael + his crew do amazing work + go above and beyond for his customers. I came to Laguna Beach from driving cross country in a rented RV. I called ahead to book an oil change and Michael was very nice and easy to set up a time around my arrival. He even offered to pick it up for me since I didn’t know the area. On the way I experienced issues with the RV and I called to see if he could help figure out the issue. He said he could take a look and fix it all. He not only found the issue but also told me I was experiencing a carbon monoxide leak Bc of it despite the alarm not going off on the inside. This had me furious at the company who I rented from but so thankful for Michael being so thorough and really taking his time to cover all grounds. He even helped me deal with the company making it clear that this was a long going issue and was not caused by me as they were trying to claim. He offered to pick it up and drop it off to me since I didn’t know the area and made the whole experience such a pleasure + brought it cleaned inside + out without even asking! If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend giving them a call today! Also seeing his remodels are beautiful + I know he covers every detail!

This a very dishonest business. . Michael was very happy to take my money without ever repairing the heater in my RV. He left town and when I asked for a refund he said he would stop by. He never did. He won’t return my calls or texts. I had to send money to his friend’s Venmo account because he doesn’t have his own. I’m filing a police report and contacting the City of Laguna Beach. Update: I’ve contacted 2 Consumer Fraud Agencies and the Attorney General.

This is an honest review of someone who doesn't seem to be very honest. The refrigerator on our travel trailer went bad, open the door and all I could smell was ammonia. Cooling unit needs to be replaced. I call around and he says he can come out right away and he does. That's the good news. He comes out, takes the covers off, takes some pictures and says he'll make a warranty claim with Dometic. I'm communicating with him daily since we're scheduled to take the trailer on a trip and I'd like the refrigerator to be working. He tells me he's made the claim and Dometic is sending the replacement part, it's scheduled to arrive in time for it to be installed before we leave. And then it goes sideways. He won't give me a tracking number, so I wonder if the part is actually on the way. I take the trailer for the trip and he tells me the part arrived but an employee of his took it, so he doesn't have it. I figure it's not going to happen with him and so I take the trailer to a dealership that takes the pictures and makes a warranty claim. A few weeks later they call me and tell me that the cooling unit is unavailable, but Dometic is replacing the entire refrigerator under warranty. I bring the trailer in and a few hours later I have a new fridge. Here's the punch line - the dealership asked about the previous claim and Dometic says that there was NEVER A CLAIM MADE. I can't guarantee this guy is the one who lied, but since the dealership has no reason to lie, and neither does Dometic, it seems pretty obvious to me that he took my money knowing the trailer would be gone in a few days and did nothing but cash my check. Of course, if he sends me communication with Dometic that proves he made a claim, I'll change my review.

Michael and his team did a great job! The sliding door on my van fell off the tracks and they were able to quickly come fix what could have been a very bad situation. Much appreciated!!
