I've never had a collision before and Cole's was SO helpful through the entire process making my claim very easy and straightforward. Great customer service. Finished my vehicle when they said they would, and did a beautiful job at a fair price. It looks better than it did before the accident. Thank you Cole's staff!!!

My experience at the shop was second to none!!! Everyone at the shop (including Randy, Marty, Makayla and Kayla) is super professional and kept me well informed at every step along the way in the repair process. The repair was done with the utmost precision and professionalism. I really appreciated the shop setting up my rental car too; so that was one less thing to worry about. After the repair, the shop recalibrated the car’s safety sensors. Also, when I picked up the car, it was washed and cleaned just like the day I picked it up from the dealership. I would recommend that if you need collision work done on your car, you leave it and entrust it with the professionals here at Cole’s. All who did the work did an awesome job!!! I also greatly appreciate the help the shop gave me in getting the car to me on the date I needed it. I so appreciate everything Cole’s did for me. Thank you Cole’s!!!!

Recently had work done on my car by Cole's in Ballston spa and my experience was incredibly positive. Not only did Cole's fix previous issues with the body work on my car (aftermarket stuff), but they also did an excellent job at communicating the day-to-day with the progress. I can swear the car also drives better since they made some modifications to the rear exhaust diffuser, but that could always be placebo.

My car bumper was coming loose and I figured I had to get it replaced. I called up Cole's and they told me to bring it in within the next hour. Marty looked at my car and said he can fix it for free. He put in a few screws, which fixed everything, and refused to be paid. I'm amazed by the generosity and fitting me in at the very last minute when I expected to be waiting for weeks and spending hundreds of dollars. These are good people. Thanks to Marty!

Came here to get the rear of my car fixed after I was rear-ended. This experience was a roller coaster with insurance, Enterprise, and the repair shop, all trying to communicate effectively and timely. (My comments on my experience with Enterprise are on their reviews). Though I did have to wait a total of 1 month (2 weeks for logistics issues getting a rear gate and 2 weeks in total for the repair) I was pleased with the results even though the updates about my car were a little spotty. They are busy and I understand that but from a person who treats their vehicle as a prized possession I'm a little aggressive with making sure it's done correctly and in a timely manner especially since I'm still paying my car payment while this is being completed. Was appreciative of the basic detail they gave to my car after (I would avoid cleaning any front windows and screens as mine had a really thick film of grease that showed up after a few days on EVERYTHING). Overall, I still give the shop 5/5 stars as they did what they were expected to and fixed my car to original condition. Side Note: Marty was super awesome with being attentive to my calls, texts, and emails during this process, as well as keeping a good attitude about it. That made the difference between this experience being horrible to bearable. Thank you Marty.
