If you want entertainment....come here!!! Carlos will have you rolling on the floor to ease your mind but give you no B.S. at the same time. My car was in an accident on 12/5/24 and we had my vehicle towed to C.A.R.S. 12/6/24. When I Carlos and his team were thorough, trust me they were. Long story short, his company also gave my children xmas presents because I wasn't able to afford any due to my car being in the shop. I had to use my hubby car which was a bummer with all the getting up early dropping him off at work and taking kids to school. So it stressed me way out but Carlos was able to ease my pain knowing I'll get my vehicle back. I RECOMMEND this company to anyone. But make sure you have a backup car or rental because you will be stuck like I was. Overall, infinity starts for this company. Love u all...

Carlos is the man, he's honest, upfront and a savior! I've been having a horrible week. One incident after another. Monday had a hit and run, and today while driving to work, hood opened up on me on the freeway! He was able to help out with the dents of the hit and run! Great vibe, great people great shop! I had a loud rattle on my 2024 Mustang GT drivers side door that was driving me crazy. It seems like a common problem on the new 650 Mustang and I actually went to 2 different Ford dealers and they could not pinpoint the issue. They kind of blew it off and told me the rattling was common with plastic doors on all Fords. Keep in mind I just got this Mustang 6 months ago. It took one Ford dealer a week to even look at the door panel. I have only been in the high desert for 4 years and I searched on google and Yelp for a place with good reviews and customer service that does body and repair work. I decided to give Carlos at Cars Auto body a shot. They are friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about customers and go out of the way to make sure the issues I have were addressed. I’m so grateful to have a collision company close to home that provides such great service. I will 100 Percent come back. I used to always shop around for the best price but as I get older I have realized that sometimes the best price is not the best service or quality of work. I was so impressed I even texted the few friends I have up here about this collision shop. Family run business. The pricing as very reasonable and outstanding customer service from the second you pull up to the second you leave. Everything was repaired and I even got some paint work done in only 2 days. Thank you Carlos! I’m so happy.
