Frank and Gregory are very respectful and professional. They both communicate with me very well on a step by step of knowing the status of my vehicle repair. I appreciated that Frank noticed a part that they received and noticed it was dented and he called me and let me know that it would be a bit more days before it being ready for the final inspection. The process ceo beginning to end was very smooth and I would definitely recommend this location.

I am totally elated that I chose to go to Longo Collision for my repairs to my vehicle. You are treated with respect , professionalism and curiosity. The team there are all on point. Frank is my guy. He’s seen me through from beginning to end every time. Yes it’s been a crazy year with my car. However it’s always given back to me in tip top condition. When I saw that someone side swiped my RAV4 Prime in a parking lot, I knew there was only one place I would take my car in for repair - of course it is the Longo Collision Repair Center. I’ve have taken my previous 2016 RAV4, my parents Venza and my RAV4 here. All three experiences have been nothing but perfection. The team has always provided great customer service. During my most recent visit, I was assisted by Michael Chau. The turn around time to get my car repaired was so quick. He provided great customer service and communicated with me on when the parts arrived and setting up an appointment for the repair. I was in and out in no time. My car looks brand new again. I recommend Longo for all collision repair needs.

Choosing Longo Collision is no brainer because I trust their excellence in customer service , their integrity pride for their work, and the professionalism. It’s not a great feeling when your new 2024 Lexus GX 550 front window gets cracked but very thankful and appreciate Frank and Gregory at Longo Collision to make sure the parts were ordered correctly and replaced in time. I recently had my bumper scratch repaired by Michael Chau, the director, at Longo Collision Repair Center, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. He did an outstanding job restoring my damaged bumper to almost its original condition as a courtesy! The customer service was very professional exceptional as well. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the repair, from the polishing to the precise bumper alignment. Michael even took care of the bulge on the bumper that we hadn't originally even mentioned, going above and beyond our expectations. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the process, ensuring I was informed about the progress of the repair. And most importantly, this was in line with the initial conversation over the phone, which Michael said that he can polish the scratched area as a courtesy and there were no hidden fees or surprises. See the attached pictures done as a courtesy, epic! Moreover, the turnaround time was impressive; I got my vehicle back in no time, which minimized any inconvenience as we were in and out in 15 minutes. The final result was an amazing bumper that looked as almost good as new. I highly recommend this auto body shop for bumper repair – they are skilled, honest, and provide excellent service. I honestly cannot believe they just did this. This is the shop to go, going in for another car soon for repair!
