They threw garbage on my lawn I guess as some game. I have a box of Medium Urethane Solution. A 4 gallon box empty with their company id and the direct distributor from which it came from. Not sure why they couldn't throw it in a garbage instead of my driveway.

This company has no idea what customer service means. From the very beginning they were slow to start working. They never actually started until 3 weeks in when they got the higher estimate they wanted from the insurance company, and it wasn’t even that bad. I’d upload pictures to show how simple of a fix it was but it won’t let me upload here. After repeated check ups that resulted in a yelling battle between myself and the owner, they finally started working out details with the insurance company without me playing middle man. Then we show up to pick up the car after they said it was fixed 4 business days prior.. turns out they weren’t 100% done, and they won’t give us the car because they haven’t received payment from the insurance company yet. Okay that makes sense, so we call the insurance company, the owner of collision solutions won’t even talk to the insurance guy on my phone, he just keeps repeating that we have to leave, and The adjuster has to call in to the office.. the adjuster calls in willing to work with them, and Mr “50 years of business” refuses anything other than a check in his hand. Check out their customer reviews on yelp, they’re way more accurate. If you simply want to get your car fixed in a timely manner, and not get told “f**k you” every 5 seconds by the shop owner, then you’re better off figuring out mechanics on your own, cause you will definitely finish faster than these lazy POS

Did a superb job on my work vehicle after an accident with a trailer. Looks like new no creaking sounds very clean very efficient and then very quickly you have cosmetic trouble I recommend you give them a shot
