I got my brakes done today with no appointment, and they got it done within two hours. I’m happy with the customer service and honesty I received. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and the mechanic (Sony) gave me some advice on how to save money on general maintenance. I hope my future experiences with this shop are just as positive. Thanks Sony!

Great experience! Needed my alternator changed on short notice and they got the job done quick! Even drove me to the nearby Autozone to pick up a new alternator even after I had bought the wrong one!

i highly do not recommend this place, i had brought in my car to get coilover suspension installed and was quoted 300. when i recieved the car, the car was extremely low and the entire backend swung left and right on the road and was extremely unsafe to drive, i was told to return the car to their shop and leave the car overnight. following day they raised the car to a appropriate and safe height but yet proceeded to charge me and extra 80 dollars to correct their work of dropping the car more then it should’ve been, but i find that unfair because i already paid for a 300 dollar service that wasn’t done properly and was charged an extra 80 to correct it. shortly after that, my car ended up making a horrible noise and wouldn’t go into drive or park, a year ago they replaced my transmission so i assumed my transmission just blew and i sent it back because i had a warranty for the transmission and found it weird it blew within one year. same day they told me they knew what went wrong and that it wasn’t my transmission. when i asked what was that happened they absolutely wouldn’t tell me, all they said was “come tomorrow to pick up the car and i’ll tell you” and wouldn’t tell me what happened or how much it was gonna run me, next day i called to get an update and they told me the car was already fixed, but i told them to absolutely not fix anything on the car until i was given a price to see whether it would be worth to fix or get a new car, and when i asked him what the price was he just said “you just come here and get the car and here i’ll tell you how much it is” “just come and i’ll tell you how much it is”. when i went pick up the car i was charged 850 because apparently my axle snapped. but he replaced both of em. but here is where the main issue is, there was damage to the hood of my car, a scratch and another scratch that was down to the bare metal, i told them that scratch wasn’t there whatsoever when they received the car, and i was told “that’s been there don’t say dumb shxt, if i wanted to damage your car id hit the shxt out of it and leave some real damage” but yet i have pictures of the car before he ever recieved it and it didn’t have the damage on the hood, and he completely refused to admit they damaged it and claimed it was already there, but if it was already there the damage would’ve started rusting because it was down to bare metal. in the end i was forced to pay 850 dollars for a repair i never authorized, and i had to leave with a damaged hood that was never there when it was towed it in. i find all of this extremely unprofessional and frustrating. first having to pay extra for them to fix their own work, to being forced to pay 850 for a job i never authorized, and receiving my car with damage on the hood when it never had that damage, and was told it was already there when i have photos it never had that damaged, and was told “if i wanted to leave damage, id make sure to hit the shxt out of it and leave some real damage”. please stay away from this place.

DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! Orlando is completely unprofessional. Gave me a price for a rebuilt transmission. 1900 to 2200.00. then after he had my car towed to the shop he raised the price another 1500. I was kind of at his Mercy at that point. Go to pick up my car and he tells me he test drove it and it drives great. I get in my car to leave and it has tons of knocking and loud noises. Take it back to him and explain something's not right so he puts it back up in the air again and realized that he didn't tighten the sway bar. Proceeds to show me a bad flex pipe and CV joint that was leaking everywhere. I had zero issues with my car upon taking it to them other than the transmission which made noise right before it went out. Left with more problems than I went in with. He will not admit to being responsible for those things and won't honor fixing them. Swears up and down they didn't do anything. I took it to two other places to figure out what to do next. They said there's a whole missing bracket that Orlando didn't put back on and my car could catch fire from the oil leaking around the cv. I'm livid and will be getting a lawyer. Not only is this guy rude but he's a liar. Gave me one price then hiked it up 1500 He told me he test drove it that was a lie or he would have noticed that the sway bar wasn't even on right to begin with. I wish I would have read these other reviews before I decided to go there. unfortunately it was too late.

I will never go to this shop every again. The manger told me it's $10 to put some air in one tire. Not a patch, not a plug just air CRAZY!!!
