I am so grateful again for Commack towing helping me once again in a cold situation. Thank you for always being so kind and helpful. Two years in a row, I'm hoping not to have this happen next year as well lol 😅

I had an issue with my car battery recently. Mike from towing came and fixed the issue with my car right away. He was very helpful and did a great job! I would highly recommend Mike and the company.

Commack Towing was sent to me via AAA and I couldn’t be happier. From the moment Mike called to confirm details and location to his arrival, I was made to feel calm and heard. He was quick to arrive and extremely professional. He even discovered that I had two flat tires not just one and wanted to ensure and explain the situation before towing my vehicle. Never once did I feel spoken down to, which is a common occurrence with this industry and woman. He was extremely helpful and I will definitely recommend them in the future.

I was involved in an accident situation which got progressively worse as the day went on. I couldn't have made it through without the help of Commack Towing. Thier professionalism and dedication to helping thier customers is truly a marvel!! If you ever need a tow or work on a vehicle, call this company!!! You will not be disappointed.

I am utterly disappointed with the abysmal service and unprofessional behavior received by the woman at Commack Towing. After a recent car accident, the experience we had with this company only added insult to injury. Firstly, their pricing was outrageously high, which felt like taking advantage of a vulnerable situation. Shamelessly they overcharged us, already dealing with the stress and financial burden of the accident. This kind of exploitative behavior is not only unethical but also demonstrates a complete lack of empathy and consideration for customers. In an attempt to inquire about this issue and request a printed, formal invoice (rather than a carbonless form) I reached out to their representative. From the start, the woman who answered response was rude and hostile to say the least. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, or at least attempting to educate, they responded in a nasty and disrespectful manner, as if to belittle and disregard my concerns as a customer. They are in serious need of personnel with enhanced customer service skills. I am not saying that the customer is always right, however customers must be met with dignity and respect which was lacking here from the start. We expected to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially during a difficult time. Unfortunately, their representative's behavior only exacerbated our frustration and left us feeling even more distressed. Think twice before considering them.
