This is probably one of the best shops in Fort Collins. I say "probably" because it's one of only a few I've taken a vehicle to, and once I found them I saw no need to keep looking around. The staff are kind and professional, and have never pushed for a repair we don't need, even when they've identified it. They do good work and have an efficient turnaround. That last is why I choose them over the few other good shops I've been to. When I leave my car at Community Auto, I know that it will not only be fixed, but that I won't be waiting a week longer than I'd expect.

This is the second time I've been here and they were just as great as the first time. They got my car in earlier than my scheduled appt, salvaged the part I needed themselves which was much more cost effective and then let me come in a few minutes past closing time to pick it up. They also sent me regular updates and were really friendly and professional. It can be hard to find a repair shop that is not only trustworthy but makes you feel like your vehicle and your time matters. I definitely recommend them.

Chris from the office is awesome!! I was having difficulty replacing my headlights and he helped me switch them out SO FAST! Community Auto is always so kind and helpful and they make me feel confident that my car will actually work :) Will continue to be a loyal customer 👍

This is my second visit to Community Auto, and I have to say that it was even a better visit than the almost perfect first visit. They finished my vehicle way ahead of schedule, gave me detailed updates along the way, and did fantastic work. Very thankful for Community Auto!! I walked in tonight about 20 minutes before closing, as (naturally) when I was loading my car for the airport, the latch on my trunk suddenly stopped working. Community was the only auto shop open at this hour so I took my chances walking in. They had me pull into the shop and two of the guys worked on the trunk, playing with the latch until it worked, and then testing it a bunch of times to make sure it stuck. I was very stressed out and their quick and knowledgeable service was SO appreciated!! I asked what I owed them and was told nothing - tried to give a $20 and was told happy holidays. Such a kind gesture! Thank you!
