I pulled up to Competition Glass in pinch and Augie came to my rescue! He helped me expedite a window shield replacement and gather the details for my insurance. They were helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely go back here for any of glass needs!

My insurance company recommended Competition glass as the best company with the highest reviews. They were terrific to deal with. Sorie , the installer, called and texted with time he would arrive at my house, and was on time. Sorie and his assistant had the front window installed in 20 minutes. The window was Mopar OEM glass. Terrific job, excellent company. Highly recommend.

It's not a bunch of smiles here, but I did get amazing and relentless help and communication. I called hoping to get my car window fixed that day. I was put on hold while they tried to source a replacement. The guy kept checking back and telling me to hang in there. I was called several times to keep me updatd on status. Eventually he found one and the shop was able to install it before end of day. If I ever need auto glass again, I'll definitely be a return customer.

Competition Glass is the BEST on Long Island! I tried calling 6 other glass shops around my area Friday morning around 7:30am, and everyone had excuses for not wanting to do the job the same day or not returning my call, including not being able to come to my house, or not able to fix my windshield until Monday or Wednesday. I even tried calling a local Safelite AutoGlass shop which I discovered was out of business, so I called another local Safelite (no local number, just toll-free) and was put on hold for nearly one hour with a guy who said he was located in Ohio, so I hanged up. Initially, I had forgotten that I had used Competition Glass before about 10 years ago, so I called Competition Glass and the owner Augie answered my call, took down my VIN#, gave me a great price quote, and promised to have my windshield fixed before 2pm. NO EXCUSES! At around 10am, I get a phone call from his helper Vito that he's on his way to my house. Vito and his assistant Manuel arrive about 10:30 as promised, and finished by 11:30. The small, broken glass fragments inside my car were cleaned up, and they were even able to save my original registration and inspection stickers! Thank you Competition Glass for delivering above-and-beyond service and offering a great price. You have a customer for LIFE!

The guys over at Competition Glass are real professionals. Far better quality work than the usual Safelite auto glass and they really are meticulous in ensuring the glass is installed properly for many many miles to come. Highly recommended.
