Complete Auto Center Pro

Honest & Prompt! I took my vehicle here for squeaky brakes a few months ago, prepared to see an expensive bill for front & rear brakes. To my surprise, I was told 1) That I only needed front brakes; 2) I was given a very reasonable price; 3) I still had at least another 3-5 months left before my rear brakes needed to be replaced & 4) The services were finished in a very quick time. Please take all of your vehicles to this shop. You will be happy with the entire experience.

Fantastic experience and amazing customer service! I took my vehicle in to have the brakes checked and the tires rotated. Luciano, the friendly little shop dog, kept me company while I waited. They informed me that the brakes were in good shape and didn't require replacement, then rotated the tires. When I tried to pay for the tire rotation, I was told it was free of charge. I was in and out in less than an hour. Can't recommend this place highly enough-please see Complete Auto Center Pro for your car maintenance and needs. And visit Luciano.

Edit, per owner reply: I am not confused on what happened and what you told me. You probably really don't remember what happened as it has now been many months since I wrote the review or your still playing games. I still don't recommend anyone use your services!!! Original review - I believe Complete Auto Center Pro was not completely honest with me. They originally told me I needed a rear wheel bearing replaced and they gave me a high estimate to fix it. I had decided to check with another shop because they quoted me a much lower price and I wanted another opinion. Complete Auto Care Center Pro charged me a $40 estimate fee which is not stated anywhere. When I asked them for a detailed receipt on which rear wheel bearing was bad they just wrote in both rear wheel bearings were bad. They also said the original quote was to have both rear wheel bearings replaced even though I was told just One was needed at the time. Also, it says One on the slip of paper I received from them. After I inquired about it again, he said the price would of included both wheel bearings. I then thought that was more reasonable. But, he then refused to do the work if I wanted him to do it. He obviously was not really going to replace 2 wheel bearings. I took the car to another shop and they confirmed I only needed One wheel bearing and it is driving much better now. Honestly and integrity is important. I would not recommend Compete Auto Care Pro to anyone!

Our family has used Complete Auto Center several times. The last was when I brought my 16 year old boys new vehicle in for an inspection prior to buying it. Louie checked out the car and he told me exactly what I needed to do to make sure it was safe and in great running shape for my son to drive. I purchased the car and brought it into the shop, within one day the car was safely on the road. They even sent me photos of the old parts versus the new parts . I have one happy son and I'm one happy mom. The staff is always professional and the prices are reasonable. We have always been happy with the great service by Louie and his staff at Complete Auto Center.🌞

Lou and his team are the best. Lou has been my family's mechanic for nearly 20 years. Honest, affordable and always delivers the repairs on time when he says they'll be complete. I never have had anything go wrong after my car has been serviced. Highly recommended.
