Staff very friendly & so helpful. Diagnosed my car's issue quickly (while I waited) and applied 1/2 the diagnosis fee to the repair. Even though they had to obtain a part, the whole process only took a few hours. Runs perfectly now. If you need quick expert service and like talking to people who take the time to treat you with respect and explain things carefully, this is the place for you. I was witness to several other customers coming in while I was waiting and loved listening to their interactions with the staff. Fair prices, same day service, being treated nicely--you can't beat that!

Louie & John were great! Honest and made everything very simple. Direct and to the point. Inconvenient car problems while in from out of state and they were very quick and very commutative. Kept me up to date on everything that was wrong and the parts they were needing to work on. Their front desk employee was so very sweet as well!

Traveling alone, a senior woman, on my way home across the country traveling from the thumb through the prairies and mountains to Oregon, my F350 camper’s brakes became unsafe, and with serious miles ahead, and needing to be back at work on schedule, I had to get them replaced, pronto. I found a Ford dealership and was told they could maybe get me in in 2-3 days (which I didn’t have). But the sympathetic scheduler said, yes, there was an option - and a very good one, just up the road — so, feeling hopeful and anxious, both, I tried there. SO GLAD I did!! Not only were they able to get the parts, but they did the work about two hours under the initial estimate so put me back on the road in just a couple hours! They were super friendly and professional. That was a lucky day! Not only that, but John, the owner, texted to be sure everything was AOK, and that I got home alright. When my husband drove it, he was amazed, said it was a noticeable improvement and well worth the cost. For me? Peace of mind is huge when one is traveling alone, especially in rugged conditions. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent service! Fastest repair shop I’ve been to in a while and I will surely be going back soon. The technicians are fast and efficient. John was super helpful to me, informing me all the way through my fix. Britany at the front desk was super kind and understanding of my situation! Will 100% recommend to my family!

When traveling and there are car problems it’s never a good thing, but John and his staff at Complete Auto Service were able to diagnose the problem, do the repairs, and get me back on the road more quickly than anticipated. I found them knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. I highly recommend their business.
