My son came to visit me. He was parked in the parking lot of my apartment for 3 hours during the day. The sign says "and guests of tenants, all others will be towed." And they towed his car. I called them to inform them of their mistake and they were unreasonable and rude.They are a predatory towing ageny and need to be stopped.

After dropping off my son dinner, we were talking in the parking lot with friends for 15 minutes while standing next to our car. A tow truck sped into the lot so fast that had I been standing in front of the car my feet would have been hacked off. A real lack of safety for one thing. It immediately locked our car while we were talking, and Michael the complete jerk employee, wouldn’t let us go without paying them $70. Criminal company, out to steal money from people. We were literally standing next to the car talking and could have easily just moved along had he given any warning.

They towed my elderly aunt car saying they couldn’t see her parking permit ! Which was a lie this is the second time they towed it less than a week ! We called trying to see if they would release it seeing that we had just paid 156$ a day ago and they were rude after we explained the situation and told us we needed to go borrow the money or take the vehicle as a lost . My aunt became upset and said she never felt soo disrespected and wanted to kill herself the girl on the phone said well that’s what you’re going to deal with. Yes we have recordings and we are seeking legal help because they are soo mean and wrong

Totally my fault.. my complex sent out reminders to get new parking permits, Which somehow mine went to spam inbox.. Long story short the office ladies were top notch!! And the manager Blade.. Man i can’t express my gratitude for him.. He went above and beyond helping me..
