Condor Brothers Towing

I will ALWAYS call Condor from now on for tows. Personable, quick, very polite and professional. I didn’t catch the guys name that towed my boyfriend vehicle and then mine (same week, bad luck ugh!), he was awesome. I wish I would have caught his name to give him a shout out! Condor, if you figure out who was on tonight, that guy deserves a bonus to say the very very least. To have someone out there representing your company in such a way, is awesome. Thank you guys!

The condor brothers arrived in a timely fashion, and my tire was fixed and taken care of within 5 minutes of arrival! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone and I’m so glad they were able to help me out! 5/5 stars!!

absolutely amazing! 9am, Wednesday before my thanksgiving break in 35 degree weather, and got here super quick. had a completely flat tire and he was able to help us! super friendly and personable. will definitely be calling again when in need of help!

Joe, the owner was called to my truck by the portage county sheriff’s to tow my stranded truck. After I informed the officer I couldn’t afford a tow they still called, upon arrival Joe saw me and my 5 year old daughter sitting in the 10 degree weather and even after being informed that I was unable to pay him, he proceeded to tow my truck as well as take my daughter and myself home. While on the way he even bought my daughter a happy meal. Hands down the absolute BEST service I have ever received. Joe went entirely out of his way just for the sake of my child and I’m beyond appreciative. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

I think it's pretty messed up to waste people's time and not honor your agreements. Also, who knew that an 8:00am appointment actually meant 9:45am. Does it really take that long to drive across Kent? The appointment was made the day prior to tow my car to a garage for service. So at 8 I called so I could make sure the tow driver got my keys at 8:00am, he said that he would arrive "sometime in the morning." I told him, no wait it's supposed to be 8:00am. A technician and manager were standing by waiting for this car at the garage. He said I'll be there soon. He was not there soon. At 8:45am I called the garage to verify what time they scheduled the tow as it was still not there. The manager informed me 8:00am. He then had to call and it still took until nearly 10:00am for the car to make it to the garage. Not very reliable or professional. Take your business elsewhere is my suggestion.
