Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

Can we say ZERO stars? Stay clear of this tire shop if you are in the Macedonia area (or just Conrad's Tire places in general)! My boyfriend got two "new" tires for his van...do these look NEW to you? And what's with all the messy grease sealant? Come on! I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. After complaining to corporate--we were told "tough luck." Totally unprofessional and will never be back. Buy your tires literally ANYWHERE else but here!

A year ago after a $98 oil change, next day my wiper reservoir was empty. Obviously they did not top it off even though it was checked off. I called they said it wouldn’t happen again. On 10/21/24 another $94 oil change no problem. Next day my wife’s wiper washer not working.I PUT ALMOST AN ENTIRE GALLON OF WIPER FLUID IN. Never ever again. I will be taking my money and my TRUST to an independent shop.

I requested that my (4) new tires to be installed, be set to 35 P.S.I. The technicians failed to do this. Also, whenever there is a new tire installation, the valve stem is supposed to be replaced. I could tell that they failed to do this. I'm sick and tired of all the shortcutting that goes on in these places. Be sure to double check these things before you leave the premises.

I had dropped my car off at 12 which I had made an appointment for days prior for an oil changed and tire rotation. The work did not start until 2:30 when I had to call and check on it. The work took until 3:30 to be complete. Oil changes take 30 minutes to do why did it take 3 and a half hours to do when I had even made an appointment. Then when I had received the video of the work on my car my battery had corrosion on it I was told that I needed a new battery and was quoted for one at 175 dollars. I declined and when I came into the shop I had asked why I needed a new battery because mine was only a year and half old. When a technician was asked I was informed that it was only a cleaning that I needed that would have been 20 dollars. It is very frustrating because I would have got the cleaning while my car had been there for 3 and half hours if I was to get the right quote. And if I would have said yes would I have been charged for a battery $175 for just a cleaning $20. Poor communication and poor time management at this shop.

Excellent service. I had to have a battery replaced. I called around 9:45 am. And after work i ran from Medina Ohio to Macedonia Ohio. I arrived after 5:30 pm. Their service was fast, friendly and definitely appreciated. Thank you for your professionalism. To the owner.. I don’t know how much you pay your staff. In my opinion they deserve a raise. I’m a return customer and will continue to be as long as your staff is happy working for you. Just saying.
