Easy to set appointment up online. Took care of all my needs with my vehicle. Love the fact they will give you the cost of any recommendations plus video of the work and of their recommendations. Definitely recommend this location. The guys there are excellent

A representative here talks to customers as they don't know anything. Also as he is just annoyed having to do his job. I've encountered him a few times In a short period of time. I'm unfortunately mad at my self for choosing the easiest location for my needs. Mentor location is much better. Won't put down the company as a hole. Just one bad egg.

Should be called conman’s… I had my tires replaced here a few years ago. One tire was my full spare. I asked them to please put the spare back, after replacing my tires… well fast forward a year. I catch a nail and go to put my spare on… open the compartment where my spare is.. the rim was there… without a tire on it… they took the perfectly good spare off the rim, and put the rim back without a tire on it. Never told me, they did that. Sure it is on me for not checking, but seriously who does that? So I had to have my car towed because i didn’t have a spare to swap out. I know they won’t miss my business but I will never return. And causation anyone I know to do business with them.

Similar to other reviews I had my tires installed here, and when today my drivers side tire, was actively leaking air, they turned me away even though my tire was almost flat. This same thing happened to my coworker. I called the mentor location and was able to be seen right away. Shame on this location honestly. Will never get my business again.

Took my car there because there was a screw in the tire (you could see it). I got there 20 minutes after they opened and the person at the desk told Me that they were scheduling out a week to look at it. Thanked him and left because that seems ridiculous to have to wait a week for what could be done in 30 minutes. I could have just left the car and came back later, but there were no offers for that. As I left there was one person in the lobby scrolling on their phone and 4 bays open. Terrible customer service !!
