Dan and Brett are awesome. They are my go to mechanics. I’ve gone to this shop multiple times because I am so pleased with the service. They are friendly, honest, and know what they are doing. I’ve had quotes from other places and they are usually right in line or less expensive than other shops. I can’t recommend this place enough. Added bonus: there is a nice spot to sit and watch tv with comfy chairs. They have an extensive movie collection that my daughter loved along with hot chocolate. Dan even brought his dog into the shop to keep him company. Thanks for all of your help, Dan and Brett!

I just want to say I had a really good experience here! The owner was very honest about my car and the prices are very reasonable. What I liked is that they strive to fix your car like it was their own! I love honesty and when people do not try to take advantage of you! Highly recommend to check them out.

My daughter has taken her car here several times and it's always been quick, reasonably priced and very honest. Just now she was quoted a price for an alternator bearing, after doing that they figured out it was the a/c compressor, they replaced that and honored the original price even though it should have been higher. This is a stand-up honest place, HIGHLY recommend them!

This father and son automotive repair shop has been a very good experience the couple times I've needed service. Dan is nice to deal with and his prices were very fair. (Sneaky good sense of humor, too!) I will be taking my car to Cool Flow for any future service. It's great to find an honest auto repair shop with personable guys you can trust. Thanks, Dan and Brett! (If you need to wait while your car's getting repaired, there's lots of DVD's, a nice TV, and very comfy chairs, too!)

I don't know why I'm writing a review. Dan and Brett are always busy. I've used to Dan for 20+ years. Recently, I took my old Lexus which has gone through 4 of my 5 kids in for a transmission replacement. Dan replaced it with a used transmission, as agreed. After a couple of weeks, it was apparent that the replacement transmission was bad. I dropped it off and as advertised, Dan replaced it with another used transmission free of charge. (just as he warrantied) Honest, reliable, honest, fair, hard working, honest, timely, honest....what else can I say.
