Parked truck I was transporting behind Farmer's Boy restaurant that said it was a 2 hour limit....left to walk across the street to Pilot for coffee and a shower at 4:45 & came back at 6:00 truck was gone. Found out it had been towed by Cortez towing. I Uber to tow yard and it's not open til 9:30. They charged me $1025.00 to release the truck. I will definitely be filing charges.

This guy looting truckers hard working money, they work with farmer boys Ontario, they tow trucks from farmer boys, and charge $1200 to $1400 to release trucks trailer

Had my truck parked at farmers boys and they “towed” it, little they know that my eld records all movement of my truck which shows my truck was actually started and driven to their location. They charged me for two hours when it shows my truck was started and arrived at their location all in under 30 minutes, maybe that was because I didn’t have much fuel in the truck, I filed a complaint with the BBB and I’m the only one they never responded to wonder why. This place says they accept debit cards but I don’t think it’s a coincidence that many of the complaints are that their machine is always down, these people are thieves screwing people out of their hard earned money.

Bad service and will scam you out of your money. If you been towed check your cars. I had parked my girls car in the visitor side of our apartment and got towed. It’s funny how they only took the newest car out of the 4 they said “they don’t have permits” they never given any type of warning, when I called all they did was give me the run around I asked for a manager or supervisor they would just pass me to someone else. After I got tired of them going in circles I went to pick up my girls car they were unprofessional (probably cause they new it was me that showed up) took her time to help me out while she was on the phone talking to a friend on speaker. Her car was scratched (we just got the car Sunday) and was parked on top of laying auto parts.

Pretty ghetto place. I only have it 2 stats because the young lady who helped me ws very sweet even though she was very busy as she was the only one working. They towed my truck with a camper and when I retrieved it they had ripped the back driver side jack almost clear off! No waiting room, not even an awning and it was raining when I retrieved my truck and so I stood in the rain and waited for the receptionist to open the locked gate, only to find it wasn't there!? They said it was at thier other yard right across the street but it was a little farther than "across the street". You couldn't walk there. With the exception of the sweet hard working receptionist it's terrible establishment.
