We drove the nineteen miles out to Bellevue on the hunt for vehicle to purchase which we had seen online. We were greeted outside by a salesperson and walked to his desk. He looked up the vehicle in the system and told us it had been sold 23 days prior, and apparently the website had not been updated. This was not really a big deal, as there was another car we wanted to see down the road (which we purchased), but my daughter felt somewhat dismissed once she expressed limited interest in looking at any of the other units in stick. Regardless, it all worked out.

Had to get TPMS work done. Guys troubleshot the issue and fixed it right the first time. Also, it's one of the best looking auto dealerships, period.

Less then stellar service visit. Horrible un-empathetic assistant service manager. Had my 2017 Tacoma timing chain cover resealed under power train warranty. $3500 out of pocket job. Got truck back next day i noticed all the (pictures) wrong or broken on my truck. Took it back they did fix everything and i asked the faulty techs team lead or shop foreman to look it over with him was there for 2 hours for this. service manger did apologize 1-2 times nothing from service writer or technician. service manager offered my nothing was just going to send me on my way i ask him for something for my time, he said "oh yeah oil change" i declined since they just did one and i had oil bought waiting at home. Next day he gives me $50 parts credit after "thinking about it" 2-3 days after this i get further under truck monitor to make sure timing cover or anything else is leaking stuff happens. I notice a broken bolt on my oil pan which is part of that job. Bring it in at 315pm one day after they said over phone yeah bring it in we'll look at it. get there they don't have time that day. reschedule bring back another day for drop off and loaner. Pick up next day and same thing no apologies and no offer of anything i ask again for something for my lost time and gas and lying about the bolt. He says "yeah we just filled your tank" i said i filled it day before coming here so thats like $4-7 dollars. He walked away will smirking and said "i think we've done enough for you already" Biggest slime ball I've ever dealt with. Don't not have your car served here do not by a vehicle from here. if you have had your car here recently look it over or have another dealer or ToyoTechs here in Omaha for Piece of mind. They can have the $50 back for manager or tech retraining. HORRIBLE I did try to call main service manager Trent back, no return call. Nothing from their customer relations manager Sara either after filing a complaint with Toyota corporate to document this.

Corwin is easy to find and has a clean bright business. However, I’m never going back because management won’t return my phone calls for information after they sent me several emails. I’m a Baxter customer now!
