Had a 9am appointment(first available time slot) for tire rotation and it took 2 hours to complete. The rotation job was satisfactory, but his is an unacceptably long amount of time to wait. With a wait this long might as well do a walk in and pick it up later in the day as 2 hours is a very long time to wait in Costco.

Ordered tires online 2 weeks before scheduled appointment. Got to tire center and they didn't have them on site, tried to coerce me to buy more expensive and less quality tires. Manager was rude and told me to call an 800 number. Refund took longer than an hour. Do not recommend.

This tire business well below the satisfactory level! Came with the appointment, but it took over 2 hours to exit. I’m not sure why do they have an appointment system. Besides, I wasn’t provided paperwork when the job was done. Tire pressure was set unevenly in the same axel, and they were 4/5psi above the recommended level. The person looked to me as if he was trainee other than a professional

Made an appointment to get 4 new tires installed. Check in was efficient with the friendly staff. I was #3 from the 9am appointment and it took about 1.25hrs when they called me to pick up the car. But I made a mistake of not checking the final paperwork and to check all the tires are installed properly so it became a case of he said, she said afterwards when I noticed a problem. The other issue was the really high tire pressures (40psi) they pumped in instead of the recommended pressure of 33. Buyer beware.

Costco, man you've got so much money. I checked on chatgpt the amount of money you make in one minute in only one costco is enough to pay salary for 1 person for a year. Ive been waiting in the line just to check if they got the tires for my car. There's only one person juggling around. He's trying i guess but there's 3 computers. There should be many people working here.. What else can I say.
