I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The staff were quite unfriendly, which made the interaction unpleasant. I arrived a little earlier than my scheduled appointment and was told to come back exactly at the appointment time instead of being accommodated. Additionally, no one informed me when my car was ready, leaving me to follow up on my own. There were also issues with the service itself. After the new tires installation, the tire pressure was uneven—left wheels were 2 PSI lower, and right wheels were 2 PSI higher than recommended. To make matters worse, the mileage recorded for the tire rotation was completely incorrect. Overall, this experience fell short of expectations, and attention to detail in both service and customer care needs significant improvement.”

The tire center is great because it's near the costco store. Staff is unfriendly, as are the mechanics. I've been there three times this year and have had the same unpleasant experience.

The front desk needs some training on customer care. Mr J D is very unprofessional, rude and mannerless. Too slow to operate a computer, here he could improve necessarily. I have never seen such an impatient and irritable staff at any Costco store

I've been going to this location for years because it's nearby, but I'd be willing to drive further for better service. Quality of service has declined the past few years. There is only one person at the desk to answer phone calls, make appointments, look up parts and vehicles, make transactions, etc. And it appears he's doing his best to help all the people waiting, but the shop management needs to do better. I waited 30 minutes in line to buy new tires. I slowly did my warehouse shopping and ate lunch at the food court, and waited for the phone call, and waited, and waited. Phone call never came. Two and a half hours later, I walk back to the tire shop. Car was ready 30 minutes ago. And there is still a long line of customers, and still one person at the desk. Perhaps the service tech was too busy to call me, which reinforces my first point, place is severely understaffed.
